I love skipping!!

I wanna try this! I think boxers do skipping to keep in shape and fitness, don't they?

I did have a skipping rope in my teens but I couldn't skip for more than two minutes without becoming totally out of breath!

I used to be fab at skipping but now I'm not even sure I'd manage much. I've got 2 skipping ropes hanging around somewhere so I'll dig one out and try to do a few everyday x
