Totally failing this week!
I was meant to be being super good, instead I've been super bad! It's half term here, which is combined with my OH being away and it's been hell! I'd planned loads of healthy meals, but haven't been able to cook, so it's been freezer meals. My house is a state, the kids have gone from 7pm bedtimes to stupidly late, tonight was the earliest I've got them down - the small one fell asleep about 8.15! So there's been no time for exercise and my sleeping's crap cos I'm not unwinding til 9.30 ish and usually go to bed at 10! Roll on Monday when OHs back and they're back to school!

It seems like ours is the only area where it's this week! They're staying at their dads tonight thank god! I may have to get wine

Running around after the little ones must be burning some calories though.

I've definitely realised holidays just get in the way
no gym, bootcamp or the challenges so nice rubbed out this week... Along side feel shit which I blame the coil for, I'm waiting for my body to come back to normal (still bleeding although it's out) do hoping Monday is my get up and go again! X
