This time last year I done the same. Lost 1st and then slackened but picked it right up in January and lost another st+ I'm still -2st from january 2011 but I hate slipping.
My mojo's totally gone too, although I've decided I'm back on it today! Remember it's a marathon and not a sprint! I know how frustrating it is though!
I'm thinking of restarting atkins for a month or 2 as I have no cravings and it will lose me what I need to then just exercise/healthy from January and allow a good xmas. Day 1 today and hopefully by friday I should feel ok on it.
Good luck Hun! Atkins usually works really well for you doesn't it? I think your plan sounds like a good one, I think jan's always a good time to start exercising cos so many people do it and there's so much support out there! We can do this!!
Sorry that you lost your mojo. It's so horrible when that happens isn't it! I'm just getting back into things after being off track for around seven months!
That keeps happening to me. I go along for a couple weeks and start to see results and then I slip up. I figure once I mess up for that day, I may as well go for it and start again "tomorrow". Then when "tomorrow" comes, I tell myself I'll just start over fresh at the beginning of the week. Then it becomes the beginning of the month. I start to really get angry at myself when I do that.
I do that a lot I'm finding it a lot harder now I'm at target weight cos I know I'm not aiming to lose weight and I just can't bring myself to exercise to tone!
Well I'm doing ok...finding it really hard this evening though as I normally want junk food but I will not give in as I know in a few days I'll feel fine. Headaches will probably kick in tomorrow :/ I know if I let this go on I'll be back to where I was in January so I'm going to do my very best xx
