Are you hungrier in the morning, afternoon, or evening?
I never feel much like eating when I first get up. All I want is my coffee. I'll eat something in the late morning/early afternoon. By the time evening comes around, I am starving. I know it's my own fault. Changing habits is hard, but I need to start eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner and space the meals out better through the day.

I'm the same, I could happily not eat til about 4 most days, but force myself to! I think it's when I stop in the evenings I get bored and eat! I've never ever been a breakfast person!

I think I am messing up my own metabolism by doing this. I know they say you should eat your largest meal of the day early but I just can't seem to do that. I need to try and shake things up with my diet, though, because I feel like I have been stuck.

I take my last meal with the family at around seven in the evening. By the time I'm going to bed at midnight, I'm starving! Sometimes I take a cup of tea at around eleven just to make sure that I don't snack before bed-time.

I need to lose weight because I like all my meals a little too much... and too often.
I eat breakfast and it's usually something light like a slice of toast with peanut butter and some fruit or a bowl of cereal. I am pretty hungry by lunch time but usually it is something hastily thrown together and not really a whole meal.
Dinner is my largest meal of the day (Bad, I know!) but I try to keep it healthy with loads of vegetables.

I was never a breakfast person and lunch I can skip without thinking too but then that's when I got into the habit of bigger portions for dinner...
I miss my crisps between breakfast and dinner *boo*!

Definitely the evening. I struggle so much at bedtime despite having my dinner at 7pm

The colder the weather gets, the more my appetite increases. More time spent indoors usually means more access to food. I have to make sure I keep low calorie snacks around to satisfy that urge.

I have never been a morning person as far as food goes. Even as a child, food just didn't agree with my stomach first thing in the morning. I usually do not eat until 10 or 11 am. The problem is once I start I don't want to stop.
