In January I lost 3lbs
I lost 10 kg last month
I check my weight every day and it’s frustrating when I don’t see much difference... I eat a lot but I don’t go to the loo very often. Sometimes I have difference of 2kg in one day...

I know it's a really hard habit to break, but try avoiding the scales everyday. It took me a long time to stop doing it, but now I only weigh at group each week at the same time. Your weight fluctuates so much in a single day, that it's best when you pick a day & time and only weigh then. Your losses become more consistent too
