I was just wondering if anyone got any tips for staying on track at weekends.

I am not a fan of diets, but wanting to change my lifestyle. This for me includes not making myself suffer, but I struggle with limits and making good choices once I start.

I know all the conscious choices I should make, but there is a barrier to my consistency for some reason.

Thanks for taking the time to read

I have the same issue. I was thinking about meal prepping on the Friday so that I had 2 days worth of food. This way, I don't need to think about it its just a quick grab out the fridge.

Food prepping can be so benefiting on busier days or just those days you don't want to faff.

It depends if you are prepping for a family or just yourself? I buy those tubs you get takeways in from ASDA *CLICK HERE* and make things in the slow cooker, instant pot, soups etc and freeze!

You can prep overnight oats for breakfast.

You can prep fresh veg into portions to cook.

You can cook meats and freeze.

I always keep cold water in the fridge when I feel snacky between meals and some low fat yogurts if that doesn't work.

Plan your meals for the week and buy your shopping to fit in with those meals.
