Need to stop chocolate at night...

Can anyone offer any suggestions.

I have physical health issues at the moment and eat a lot of chocolate. Partly it's comfort eating, partly its the need for energy, but I do it at night when trying to relax. So my mind has associated it with relaxing.

I need ideas of other foods that are a bit sweet (but without the fat, like bananas etc) that I can use to replace for the time being. I have tried porridge and cereal, but too much of that gives me bloating, so wondering what works for anyone else with sugar cravings.

I know giving up completely is a good idea, but right now I'm not up to that and just need to introduce alternatives for a while first.

Interested in anyone's thoughts/ideas. Thanks :-)

How about some of the dessert flavored yogurts, they can be pretty good. Or a sugar free jelly. Obviously all fruit, dried too. Sunbites do a low calorie popcorn which I love.

You can try adding chocolate flavored protein to greek yogurt. That way you get additional protein as well as a natural probiotic. Iso100 from dymatize has 0 fat, 25g protein, 1g carbs. It doesn't have lactose so you shouldn't bloat from it. Or I like to add powder peanut butter to plain greek yogurt and dip apple slices into it.
