Bad habits you've kicked?

Hi all,

I was wondering what bad habits people have managed to kick long-term?

Personally a few years ago I used to have a custom of driving to the 24hr Tesco or Asda last thing at night, and buy about 3-to-6 chocolate bars every day or every second day. I did this for years.

Sometime I'd pop in the McDrive Thru on the way home!

I can't believe I used to do that. It was a bad habit.

It seems disgusting now!

What bad habits have you managed to kick?

Dipping chocolate into my milky coffee - or hobnobs ... now I wants chocolate and coffee

Frequent take-ways

Cheese twist every time I went to Sainburys (or anywhere that sold them). I can't remember when I last had one but I always walk past and battle getting one!

Buying something for lunch, but also buying something to snack on before I eat said lunch... One of the most ridiculous things ever :lol

I'm still working on the buying chocolate/cookies for no real reason other than I'I feel like I deserve them'... I don't. At all!

You've reminded me of something else I used to do -- sometimes I'd eat four or five packets of crisps for dinner. Yuck! All that salt, too!

It's funny because I sometimes think I've made little progress, but when I look back I realise that actually, yeah, a lot has changed!

Hehe, yes, I used to always buy groceries, and then more food to eat on the way home.
