I was wondering what bad habits people have managed to kick long-term?
Personally a few years ago I used to have a custom of driving to the 24hr Tesco or Asda last thing at night, and buy about 3-to-6 chocolate bars every day or every second day. I did this for
years.
Sometime I'd pop in the McDrive Thru on the way home!
I can't believe I used to do that. It was a bad habit.
It seems
disgusting now!
