I'm 5ft 5, or 167cm to be exact it's only since i hit the 1.5st loss mark that i'm getting loads of comments but it's so nice to hear from people. Im im a solid 16 now, so dropped about 1 and a half dress sizes (never quite admitted i was a full 20 )

At the moment my goal weight is 166lbs which would mean 100lb loss. But that puts me at 11st 12 i think which i've never been in my adult life so i'll have to see what happens along the way. Right now I'm just aiming for another 2st loss as a mini goal which will take me to 15st
