Food to boost your metabolism

Today I heard spicy food boosts your metabolism. Is this true? Are there any other foods that you thought helped you on your weight loss journey?

Yes. I add chili and spices to everything from homemade dips to chicken, I love it.

Berries, grapefruit, coffee (black no sugar), spinach are other great boosters and don't forget chocolate raw high cocoa not milk. Cinnamon is also a great spice to use where you can, I add to my oats.... don't forget your water!

It is true but don't use it as an argument to make bigger portions of your meal. Keep them nutricious and small to have some results!
