Arla Skyr is a good choice. For every 100g there is 11g of protein. But either or.

Having fruit with it? I would. I'm also a sprinkle on a very small amount of granola now and then. Depending on budget would depend what you buy (if you do) ... I use FUEL:

But the one I said , is it good enough? I had banana 1 day and nothing the other because honestly I have enough power and feel full enough just with the 209g of the yougurt, or is it too much?
