10 Reasons You Should Drink More Water
I have installed an app on my phone that reminds me of drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day. I have set it at a certain time interval and it keeps reminding me and even tracks how many glasses I actually drank. But, in all honestly, my record is very poor. I have never been able to fulfill the "drink 8 glass water in a day". Everyday, I drink just around 4 glasses.

Is there any hack to make water easily drinkable all the time?
I put a bit of sugar free squash in water to encourage me to drink more of it. Not ideal, but better than nothing!

But that adds on a lot of calories which makes the workout pretty less effective.
