Do you drink diet soda?
I like diet Dr. Pepper and diet Pepsi. Lately, I only have it as a treat once or twice a month. I cut way back on them because of all the issues with imitation sweeteners.
I used to drink a lot of fizzy pop, particularly pepsi max! I rarely drink it now, it really bloats me, so I tend to only drink it if I'm using it as a mixer. And because of how little I drink it, I go for full fat, the aspartame thing worries me quite a bit, so I figure the odd regular one's better than loads of diet ones!
I used to be a faithful fan of diet drinks, then I read that they can make people fatter! Experiments show that sometimes choosing the zero calorie option tricks dieters into thinking they are being saintly, leading to a higher than average calorie intake for the day.
I drink diet coke but it's something i would like to eliminate completely from my diet!!
I very rarely drink them nowadays as they bloat me up so much it gives me sharp pains in my stomach.
I drink Cherry Pepsi Max quite a bit
Apart from the aspartame thing (which I've read about but but can't get my head around) is there anything wrong with diet pop?
I think it's more just all the artificial stuff in it, but then all fizzy pop is full of additives and whatnot

The problem that I have with regular drinks is that they use a lot of corn syrup and that stuff is horrible for people.
I can also relate to what everyone has said about the carbonation. It upsets my stomach too. Sometimes I shake it up and let the bubbles go out of it before I drink it.
I've been making green tea and adding some lemon and putting that over ice for my meal time beverage.
I'm not a fizzy drink person apart from in vodka! I use to go mental if there was no full fat coke with my vodka now I always have diet lemo and full fat knocks me YUK!
