I have lost my slimming pack, I have a replacement card but no book where they log your weight.

Has this happened to anyone else before? I'm not sure if there is a charge for a new one.

Any help is appreciated.

Just check wth your consultant, if they have a spare book they may be able to give you a new one.
My consultant has done that for someone before, and not charged them for it, but it may depend on what your consultant is like
