Slimming World - weight loss question

Hi guys,

I was just wondering those of you who have followed slimming world, how much weight have you lost and in what time frame?

I know everyone is different but I am interested to know.

I am 5'7 and 12 stone 7 lbs.
I want to get down to 10 stone.
I weight lift 5 days a week and do minimum 30 minutes cardio after weight training, I have gained muscle so some weight is down to that - I know that because I have been lighter than I am now but bigger in clothes.

Hi Nadia. I lost 2st 9lbs but it took me about 8 months. I can't exercise due to chronic illness so it was all purely diet.

It originally took me about 10 months (ish) to lose 2st 5lb without any exercise.
I was happy losing an average of 1.5lb a week with a few blips in between!

I've lost nearly three stone so far in a year. The first two stone were eating more healthily and going to the gym a minimum of three times a week. When I hit a plateau I joined Slimming World and have lost nearly another stone (though put 4lb of that back on during a recent holiday). I'm trying to get back into going to the gym as well at the moment.

if you are already working out you will certainly get the desired scale, why are you rushing after it, just try beyond weight management tea for it and see the magic, it is simply a herbal tea mended from house hold ingredients designed especially for weight management
