been trying really hard and am really proud of myself at the moment, ive been going to the gym, taking part in classes, running when i can and ive recently purchased dumbells, power tubes and kettlebells so i can work out more at home.
Great choice of home equipment.
I keep saying I will use my kettlebell, dumbbell or squat before bed. I need routine and a kick up ass!
