I can think of a few off the top of my head. There's the Dukan diet, the Blood Type diet, the Rosemary Conley diet, the cabbage soup diet and the low GI diet just for starters. I'm sure people will come up with lots more.

The only one I can think of that hasn't been mentioned yet is the Cambridge diet. Not one I would fancy trying myself though!

Just thought of another; Nutracheck. It's a calorie based one like MFP but you have to pay for it (unless you do the 5 day free trial)

Apart from the ones I have already posted above here are few more diet plans. Each one has its own set of pros and cons.
Weight Watchers: It is a points-counting diet helps; users can shed pounds and keep them off. This plan is good for both short term and long term weight loss.
Biggest Loser Diet: This diet plan is built around healthy food and regular exercise. Experts feel this diet should be effective for short term weight loss.
Raw Food Diet: A good diet plan to follow for both short and long term weight loss. This is a very restrictive and labor intensive diet hence it is not suitable for everyone.
I’ll post more weight loss diet plans with detailed explanation next time. Thanks.
