Has anyone used Alli tablets?
Do they really work?
Side effects experienced?

I have used them and they do work, but I think it's mainly because you have to eat low fat foods with them as the side effects are rather unpleasant 'accidents', as I found out when I decided to take them after eating a huge kebab Never again!
Some of the people at my old work had the ones you get off the doc, one of them thought it meant they could still have a fry up every morning
apparently dark knickers/trousers and bedsheets are a must!
Ive been tempted to get these to keep me on the straight & narrow!
Oh Bev that doesn't sound nice
Erm actually doesn't sound too nice at all ... haha how would they react to vodka I wonder lol
you can get other fat binding tablets that do not have those nasty side effects
i'vr heard so many horror stories in my work from customers that have had them and ended up following thru in the gym.and havent noticed
xo

My personal opinion, kindly don't depend on pills. It is very unlikely that you'll find pills that don't cause any side effects.
What I find that helps is taking a probiotic for digestion, some green tea tablets and a multivitamin. If my body has everything it needs, it is more efficient at burning fat on it's own.
I also take vitamin D but that's a prescription dose of 10,000iu a day. Apparently low vitamin D levels can stop you from losing weight so make sure you get out in the sun each day.
It is fine to put up with the disgusting side effects of these pills if they significantly reduce body weight. But that is not the case here; most studies show that Alli’s effect is only minimal, say use of this weight loss pills will help you shed just 3 to 5lbs a year in addition to the weight loss you could expect from diet and exercise alone.
