Hi Zion, few options might help :
Smoothies : Swap out breakfast for a smoothie. Loads of good recipes online. Use coconut water, rice/almond milk or fruit juice as the liquid. If you start with an apple and a carrot generally cant go much wrong. Pear with a bit of ginger is nice or whack a in load of baby spinach. That way you get 4 or 5 of your 5 a day in one quick drink. Great way to start the day requiring only the ability to press the blend switch. If really bothered roughly chop out cores and seeds etc peel or use tinned pineapple. If going for super healthy adding things like teaspoon of linseed or sprouted alfalfa is a plus.
Soups : swap out a lunch using the same method but with veg bouillion in hot water as the liquid, or packet miso soup, and blend with vegies. Stick in a thermos flask and will keep all day. Chuck in fresh herbs and healthy easy fast food to complement existing eating. Tomato with Basil and garlic, Carrot and corriander etc...
Other than that if go for 1/4 plate salad or raw veg, 1/4 plate cooked veg, 1/4 plate protein and 1/4 plate carb makes it easy to work out. More creative you are better food you eat
Chicken Tikka, chunk of naan, mix veg bhaji and side salad = healthy meal. Normal takeaway portions = 2-4 healthy meals
Portion up stick plates in fridge. Use by end of next day. ( remember to remove salad before reheating )
Hope some of that is useful. They do sell a super health pro biotic green smoothie mix that is your vits and minerals plus probiotics and good fibers etc. Supposed to taste like stagnant pond water but is an option. Cant remember name but is easy to find. Have fun.
