There seems to be a lot of conflicting information about Aspartame. Not wanting to get into a debate as I just can't figure it out but it seems to be in loads of diet drinks.

I like fizzy drinks everything seems to have it in. Considered making my own with sparkling water but I'm lazy and prefer to buy off the shelf

Can anyone tell me of some soft drinks that don't have any aspartame in it?

Do you drink flavored water? If so, try Strathmore Twist Sparkling Spring Water Sugar Free Raspberry & Apple Flavour, Asda has a nice range of all different flavours too.

Not tried Strathmore. On that page you linked to has Schweppes Sparkling Juice Drink. That I would definitely try. Not a bad price too

Just ditch fizzy drinks altogether. A great drink i like is a pint of water with one freshly squeezed lemon in it. It is so much more refreshing and tastier than pop. 25p a lemon = 1 pint x 4 = £1 and 2 liters of delicious lemon juice, fresh and healthy.

I use one of these.
