Exercise weight gain
So I've really upped my exercise again and straight away I'm holding +2lbs
I'm not worried as I know what's done it but it's so mean
I've went up to 10st 8.8 Monday, yesterday I dropped 0.2 and today another 0.2 so now 10st 8.4. Just hope it drops next week
Does this happen to anyone else?
Always happens to me. Whenever I start exercising the scales either go up or STS! So frustrating! Don't they say it takes a couple of weeks for your body to get used to it? I don't give it that long, if the scales start creeping up I stop and just go back to walking
Are you losing inches though?
I think it's too soon for inches, only been a week. My af is on the horizon as well so possibly holding water because of that
I feel better though and leaner so I know it's working, just need to keep at it. I'm determined to do this the entire school holidays and see how I look in September
Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so that could explain it x
It is probably muscle or water weight hun.
I bet your muscles are retaining water Hun! I'm defo gona be on it over summer, I want people to notice a difference on the school run
