I know I couldn't handle evenings, I crash but I do have bad days. When I am like this I will cut what I do so I at least feel I've done something. So on cardio days I will do 15-20 minutes each on treadmill, rower and bike and on strength day I will do 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after.
