Hey guys! I'm on day 3 of my diet, I'm just wondering how long it will take me or other people to see results and change. Took some pics today to help see the changes

I started seeing results after around a month, but some changes are more gradual than others. I think they say that friends and family notice after a few months and the rest of the world notices around 6 months - sure I've read that somewhere!

From my experiebce its possible to see even small changes after 4 days and usually the 4th day is the most diffucult, but if you go through you are a winner.
