Ok today i am getting back on track !
I need to reset my mind and body ...done the 5:2 diet before for 8 weeks so getting back at it a bit to "reset :
Fast day will be monday and Thursday ...and i am going back to exercice and running as it appear my Ankle is heal now ...took 3 months !

2 pounds lost so far i dont care if it is water or else

second fast day tomorrow...planing on a run this week end maybe just a 4 miles to start with
