What do you eat on really hot days?
I loveeeee twisters, is it me or are they much smaller than years back... suppose like everything these days, less quantities more £!
They are tiny these days! They used to be about 70p for a big one, but much more for just a small one now
I love salads in the summer but they have to be fridge cold and I love various dressings.
On the topic of ice lollies what are those ones called with the sprinkles at the top, they seem so much smaller from when I was a child too.
Belle xx
I think they're called Fabs? Do they have sprinkles at the top, a creamy one in the middle and a red juice one at the bottom?
Lol, just looked over this thread again. Yes, they now have mini-twisters in the boxes, you can't get normal sized ones in the boxes annoyingly so obviously, you have to eat 2 small ones each time. I don;t think I can face another twister again, but am still massively greatful to their assistance in my weight loss. Hope they can do the same for others
.
P.S I know I shouldn't encourage sugary snack but sometimes you have to go with the lesser of the evils
One of the things I do is sort of salad: boiled rice (room temp), avocado and prawns. Really simple and healthy.
I can also eat cold rice with anything - chicken, fish, also might be cold, vegetables.
When it's really hot, I normally don't eat that much. I feel so hot that I'm not hungry most of the time. I prefer to have drinks instead, so I juice almost everything.
On hot days I mostly eat cucumber, yogurt, grilled vegetables, and drink watermelon juice.
I like to eat fruits, especially mangoes, salads, vegetables, shakes, chicken sandwiches, club sandwiches, ice cream, and seasonally drink more water.
