I kid you not I had to find the humor in it all after last week. So our dishwasher which is fairly new decided to break down and not die, but instead flood our kitchen and dinning room.

This is after having a good bit of the house remodeled and new floors put in. The water is under the floor in at least the kitchen, if not also under the flooring in the dinning room.

Want to diet and hate to hand wash dishes means you cook less. We have been taking turns so far but I am sure I have already dropped some weight because I am just not in the mood to cook after finding out what this is going to cost. I can laugh about it now but last week I was fuming.

Oh no I'd have been devastated I'd also get throw away plates lol ... I hate the hand washing. I hope you get it sorted and hopefully covered *hide*!

That sounds like a total nightmare! I hope you can get the damage sorted soon!

Terrible disaster!! every situation has both bad and good points. I know damage is big but you stay positive (at least now;-)) and already have found good points!
