Do you graze?
I was always under the impression that to keep your metabolism going you should eat small healthy snacks frequently (rather than main meals at set times). I don't know if that was just recommended to keep off hunger and stop binge eating, but came across this today:

It was researched on people with 2 diabetes but wondering if it works on the rest of us
Do you graze to help with dieting/hunger?
I graze purely through boredom
I'm not sure what I do is classed as grazing
I tend to eat when hungry (need to get out of that habit). I always thought that little but often was good for dieting too.
Noticed that I graze more since (semi) giving up cigarettes. Think I may start smoking again just so I don't eat
Note "eat small healthy snacks frequently" not crisps, chocolate, sandwiches, full jars of Daddy sweets (even if they were yours and you didn't share *huff*) .... Just saying
I graze, well, id happily do it if I didn't stop myself eating everything in sight
I should get in the habit of making up healthy snacks so I can pick on them, cos it is meant to ve better for you! I do tend to just eat when hungry though now!
What kind of healthy snacks do you have?
I'm deffo a grazer, I could eat all day long lol, it's just the trouble if eating the right things
Things like carrot sticks, cucumber, rice cakes, oatcakes, fruit... That kinda stuff! I love snacking on nuts ad seeds too!

I don't graze really, I have my 3 main meals I'm not normally hungry.
I tend to only graze haha. I am awful at eating proper meals so just snack through the day which isn't good. I would've thought that grazing would keep your metabolism up though and increase weight loss.
