Lost a other pound so that is 3 pounds total since monday not bad !
i haven't have any sugars, crabs /bread / and alcohol ...but tonight we going to celebrate a birthday may have one drink there will try to stay away from carbs ( its a italian restaurant so maybe hard !)
I am sleeping over at my friend house on Saturday as she is doing the half marathon with me and we having lasagna for dinner ( we decide to have a meal with carbs before the half as it is usually recommend ) .
Yay! Well done on more weight loss!
That sounds like a good idea to have lasagne the night before the marathon. Good luck!

so about 11 days since i started that pledge
I am still on it at the 11 days I maybe had only 1 day with drinks ( the day after my half marathon to celebrate ).
But i am being very good at keeping "white " carbs at bay and white "sugar". Also being drinking a lot of more water and tea.
I feel i had find my mojo back on the healthy life style ...being cooking town of homemade meal that help a lot too!
Anyway I am 4 pounds lighter then 11 days ago so far so going to keep that way as since my ankle need a rest i need to hold on the cardio workout for now.
I pledge to not eat carbs and sugars during the week (allowing myself some dow time a bit on the week end if NEED BE ONLY). Pledging to keep eating fibers proteins and vegetables for the main meals.
You have done so well on your pledge and well done on the weight loss! That's fab!

my pledge for this week is not doing well AT ALL ! lol
full on periods = full on chinese food twice this week and other bad food as well...
well its 4 th of July holiday here this week and we invite to a BBQ on Saturday so thinking i am going to let that week slide pledge wise and go back at it next week and will probably do a 5:2 week to cleanse a bit
