If anyone is interested, I found a really nice online journal site called
Penzu. It has really good features too. I've been playing around with it a lot the past week.
I was keeping a lot of my thoughts and feelings about dieting, and life in general, in handwritten notebooks but I was feeling uncomfortable about some of it. This is much more private.
I really like it. Sometimes when I am sitting here thinking about what I could be eating, I hurry up and jump onto the journal and look for pictures to add to it or read one of my lists about why I need to lose weight. It keeps me out of trouble sometimes.
