Ooo lottie I can't wait to hear! I was on s search for cranberry juice today, couldn't bloody find any I bloody need to do something, I'm so bloated today!
The cranberry juice was the tricky ingredient, I couldnt find 100% pure juice so I had to get Ocean Spray which is mixed with water. Im having more than the recipe suggests as its diluted.

I read that the colder it gets, the better it tastes! I've only been able to find coop's own cranberry which was only something like 14% cranberry! I swear, shopping here's a nightmare! I really dislike going to big supermarkets too! In fact, I bet the posh health shop will have something, even though it doesn't gave a fridge! It's a shame both kids are mid meltdown or I'd ve there

My tea's brewing! I couldn't find just dandelion root, so got dandelion and burrdock. And the juice isn't 100% cos they only had cranberry/grape blend in the 100% range an it had less cranberry! Got low sugar though!

Am kinda excited to try it, although there seems to ve a shit load of it!

I used to take psyllium husks. Dietary fibre. You need tons of water with them though or you get constipated but they made me feel full for ages cos they swell up in your belly.

Some of the herbs and spices that can help you lose weight are Green tea, Aloe Vera juice, Coconut oil (in small quantities), Siberian ginseng, Red pepper, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Dandelions, Mustard, Cumin, Cardamom, Ginger, and Turmeric.

If you are looking for herbal supplements then make sure that the product you buy has some of the following herbal substances - Chitosan, Chromium Picolinate, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), Glucomannan, Green Tea Extract, Guar Gum, Hoodia, Senna, Ephedra, or Bitter Orange.

I wouldn't recommend ephedra as it's a banned substance in the UK

bitter orange however is the legal alternative without the bad side effects

that's a good list tho ahen!
