If you don't eat fish ...
So going from another topic if I don't eat fish should I consider taking an omega 3 fish oil supplement? I've never looked into the benefits of fish because I just won't entertain eating it
Haha! It's a good way of getting your Omega 3 intake, especially if you don't eat fish! You can get other omega 3 capsules in the form of Flaxseed (Linseed) oil, which also has Omega 6 & 9 included!
I found a really good informative page on the benefits of taking fish oil:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/d...tural/993.html it also lists things that it doesn't help, and also what not to take it with too
it seems to cover everything!
I should really take some sort of omega 3 supplement
xo
Oh I'll have a read later. I'm just not sure if I would heave on the capsules, I am pretty sure I have before
That's exactly what I was worried about to be honest, they can be quite large and I imagine if you don't take them with food there's a chance they may repeat on you....I actually think that's why I'd rather take a flaxseed oil capsule, no fishy taste
xo
I will look for them then
Just get them in normal vitamins section or health shops?
Just checked online because I wasn't sure if Boots did them, but they do
and we sell them where I work, and of course Holland & Barratt do too!

I need a health shop anyway for some chia seeds but oh boy are they £££
Get some milled flaxseed hun, I keep mine in the freezer and just put some in smoothies/shakes! I think Hemp seeds have omega3 too, I put them in smoothies as well and on top of salads etc.
