I feel so fat!
I was getting into my car and I heard a ripping sound. Darn it! The rear end of my pants ripped at the seam. I had to come back inside and change. To be fair, the pants aren't new and the seams may have been a little weak, but... it sure didn't do a lot for my confidence level today.

Oh dear, I'm so sorry! What a frustrating thing, it's good you could still go back in and change, better there than at the grocery store! It's tough when how clothes fit can impact our self confidence. I wear a LOT of stretch denim and leggings. Solves that issue!

Oh no! I have done this three times! Once when getting into my husband's car and twice when crouching down to get something. It's always funny yet embarrassing!

It wouldn't be as bad if I was any good at sewing. I don't have a sewing machine so I have to stitch everything by hand when it needs repaired. So, once it tears like that, it keeps happening in the same spot.

It's awful isn't it?! My most loved pair of jeans is falling apart, I've gone thru one of the knees, both inside thighs and the seam's going on the crotch ![Blush](https://www.socialslimmers.com/images/smilies/blush.gif) jeans don't sit properly on me, so they fall down and rub in all the wrong places

Ha! I have been there. Be thankful that you were home. I ripped out a pair of dress slacks at work one morning. I now have thread and a needle at work. You just never know when a seam is going to give.

I have that problem too. Right now there are three pairs of things in my den that need a little mend help (all from my husband) and I am just not motivated to do all of that work by hand. I could have never been around and managed before the sewing machines became such a big hit.

I ripped a pair of mine last week and they were old too. I didn't notice until my husband mentioned that he could see the color of my undergarment. The thought of how long they had been split kept running through my head. I was so embarassed!
