Skipping Breakfast
I have so much trouble eating first thing in the morning. I usually don't eat until at least 11am or later. I get nauseous if I eat sooner than that. I know that breakfast is super important, but I just can not get the hang of it; I never have and I'm not young!
Is there anyone else that battles this and do you have a trick to get some food in you in the morning, or suggestions about what to eat?
I'm not a breakfast person at all and my way round this is a shake or a slice of toast and a coffee. I keep meaning to make porridge but never happens!
Some friends have spoke of having a yoghurt and piece of fruit or some scrambled egg for breakfast.
I've never been a breakfast eater til I gave up smoking! I just couldn't face it, but for some reason I'm always hungry in the morning now. Have you tried a banana or something?
