other diets

I've been looking around the forum and seen a few different diets you guys are on. I've seen a few of you are on slimming world the same as me, atkins, weight watchers, 5:2 and some that are just counting calories. but wondered what others there are out there.

I know you might be on a certain diet but are there anyone others you would recommend?

I do Slimming World, but in the past tried Weight Watchers - which I just couldn't stick to. I am finding I can eat more healthily on SW and not feel guilt or hunger. If you are at a standstill it might be worth either switching it up a bit using some red/green days which works for some people, otherwise I have noticed people can get the losses going again by using 10-15 of their syns (weird I know to suggest eating more, but it seems to work). Sorry that's not really answering your question, but if you have been successful on SW, changing to a more prescriptive diet might be a bit of a shock. So it might be worth tweaking what has worked for you in the past.

Best of luck x
