We haven't been out to dinner since we started our diet. I think if we do start going again we will try not to go too often and just avoid the biggies like fried food, anything slathered in creamy/buttery sauce, salads that have hidden meanies like bacon/dressing/croutons.
Being on SW I think we can have grilled meats, salad/veggies and a jacket and can just ask them to leave out putting butter etc on it. (It's mostly the drinks I need to keep control of! haha oh just top me up a little bit more *falls down* again we haven't had any alcohol since starting so I just need to watch myself a little.)
