I heard of that drink tea can loose weight, is it true? I have friend who is slim and no matter how many food she eating, she can not be fat. In addition, she never do some sport, just drink tea! And, The tea is normal tea.

I don't think it is true. If it was true then we would all be slim! We would all drink regular tea. Drinking just tea would be a lot easier than dieting and hours of exercise. I bet your friend is doing something else or she just has a great metabolism.

I think it's probably just a coincidence with the tea, especially if your friend eats a lot. I know green tea can have small weight loss benefits but not regular tea.

I don't think that's true at all. Some people naturally have a high metabolism, so they can eat and eat and eat, and it won't show. Your friend most likely has a high metabolism.

I think that green tea helps you increase your metabolism, thus, helping you digest food fast. Of course, it is not a one-time effect. You will only feel it through time. Also, I have read that black tea are way better but they are less abundant.

I've certainly heard that green tea can assist in weight loss but, not if you're scoffing loads of junk food at the same time! If you want to use tea in your weight loss regime, be sure to leave out the sugar. Actually black tea with lemon wouldn't do your diet any harm either.

We've just bought in some green tea again. Charls wants to drink it 3 times a day. I struggle with just once... it's a bit of an acquired taste

Green tea... I really think it helps I've just sucked at drinking it last few months. Try to have one after each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with a bit of lemon and x1 sweetener
