Combining Diets?

I'm thinking about trying to combining diets.
Has anyone tried this?

I'm thinking a 3 in 1 - 5:2... 5 days on low carb (/atkins) and 2 days on low cal shakes

I'd say its safe but you can buy your own meat for Atkins? Lol budgeting didn't you know an you should be so proud of me since you always said I spent too much money haha

I have salad 2 days a week now! See if you'd had salad as much as I did instead of fish and chips you'd not be a fatty still ... Pahahaha

Atkins is brill and provided you steer clear of the bars I guarantee you could lose 10-15lbs in the 1st 2 weeks. It's a brilliant boost and actually you'll have pretty much cracked it but you do have to eliminate a lot, including alcohol :O LOL xx
