Worth a try for a week, can always tweak it as you go along!!

Good luck with the low carbs for 5 days though, it's hard haha

I think this TerriAnn Diet is a bit of an Atkins take off. Really high protein and very limited carbs. But its too complicated and too restricted to go straight onto i think.

Is low carb really hard work? I tried the cambridge diet and found it too hard because I was hungry... with atkins at least I'll be eating.

How does it affect you?

I think low carb 7 days a week is managable, but with fasting/shake days added in it may be harder, unless you get high carb shakes, just so you get your dose.

It's hard work in the sense of never quite feeling properly full, but then I'm a carb queen, if you like lots of meat then it would prob be good for you, if you love carbs, you'll cry haha
