I've decided I want to lose a bit more!

I know I said before Xmas I was definitely done, but I've changed my mind I think I want to lose about half a stone, I need to sit down properly and have a think, but I think I'd be happier with a few lbs gone!

I've got really, really complacent with my eating and am eating far too much rubbish crisps seem to be finding their way back into the house again, which really isn't good cos I can easily polish off 4 bags in one sitting and I've been eating a lot of chips and snacks too!

My weight's actually pretty stable, which is a bit weird, I'm hovering between 8st12/13, so I think if I stop snacking and clean up my diet a bit it shouldn't be *too* hard to lose a bit more. And my running training's kicking in properly now, I've got 3 months til the race!

I think I'm going to calorie count and just try to eat better, I do have a tendency when I'm trying to lose to eat too little, so especially with me running a lot, I need to make sure I'm putting enough in! I think I'm eating about the right amount of calories ATM (with me not gaining), it's just the wrong type I'm eating!

That sounds like a good plan. And yes definitely make sure that you are eating enough. You can probably get away with eating quite a bit with the running and still lose weight. Good luck!

I think that's why I've been able to get away without gaining ATM, although tbh I've not done a right lot of running recently I've just done a jillian michaels DVD, was meant to be going for a run, but the weather's awful!

Not sure how I'm going to fit in running with work, cos I usually run on my child free days, but I'll be working them now. Although it'll be easier when the nights start getting lighter!

I don't blame you for not wanting to run if your weather is anything like ours! You did great to do the workout DVD though

Hopefully you will be able to fit the running in with your new job, but as you say it should be much easier once the nights start getting lighter.

A new job will keep you running around so much between work, home, and the kids that I don't think you'll have much time left for eating crisps.

Sounds like you've really thought this all through!

Bev, if I remember right from the where you live thread, we don't live too far apart, so chances are the weather's similar!

Twyla I guess there won't be much time for crisp eating

I think first target is going to be 8.5 stone and then 8st2, although it will just all depend on how I feel at the time! I'm quite excited really!

Good luck! I know you can do it. You met your goal before, so you can do it again. Just make sure you don't lose TOO much weight.

Thanks Hun! I'm very conscious of not losing too much, and I'll definitely stop before I get to that stage!
