I feel like I've properly fallen off ATM, I'm just hungry all the time! I've been making healthier choices this week, but still eating so much crap it's not funny! I must be more active than I realise though cos it looks like I'll have a decent loss tomorrow!
Maybe it's the time of year. I've been feeling more hungry lately too. It could be that it's just ingrained in us that hibernation time is about over and spring is coming.
