Are you going to cheat this Valentine's Day?

What are your plans for Valentine's Day? I know I like to eat a lot of sweets and cake. I also like to go out to a big fancy dinner. So yes, I probably will cheat on Valentine's Day.

What about you? Are you going to try to stick to your diet on Valentine's Day or make an exception?

We don't really do much to celebrate valentines, just get each other a card. OH always gets me chocolates though and they're usually ones I don't like so he eats them

I won't be cheating this Valentine's Day and that will be a first for me. I kept making excuses over the holidays and justifying foods that I knew I shouldn't be having and then the next thing you know I'm 7 pounds heavier. I'm tired of feeling like I'm sabotaging myself so it will be a food free affair this year.

I'm alone this year on Valentine's Day but don't feel bad for me! I got rid of 180 pounds of weight all at once when I broke things off. We didn't really celebrate Valentine's Day anyway. I hate going out to dinner on those hyped up, busy nights where you have to wait in line. I'd rather do something on a different day. So, I doubt it will be a cheat day, but perhaps I'll hit the 50% off sale the next day and get myself a piece of chocolate.

We probably won't do anything for valentines day so I probably won't have a cheat day.

We usually just have a nice dinner at home. It is way too hard to try to get into any of the restaurants around here anyway. You can still go to a nice, fancy dinner and eat healthy. Just keep in mind that you need to make better choices at the dinner table.

I am not sure what our plans are yet other than going to an auction that I really want to check out. He took the day off so I am trying to set my work schedule around only working for part of the day. The auction starts at noon so I need to be out the door before then, I might just head in early that morning.
