How did Thanksgiving go for you yesterday? I watched my portions but still indulged so I'm sure I was over my calorie load, but at least I didn't go all out and end up completely stuffed.

I way overdid myself and came away feeling sick from the whole thing. I vowed I would not do this again this holiday season and looked for a group to join to help me get through it all.

In the US do you have a big day on Christmas day? or is Thanksgiving your main day?
