I bought this granola from the store today. I believe the brand is Brand Naked. I got the chocolate variety. It was excellent. I ate about a quarter of the bag. I can't believe how good it tastes.

Bare Naked is a good brand and mostly natural. I've had several of their products and really enjoyed them all. Another brand that's really good is Kashi. Have you tried any of their products?

I just checked the nutrition label on this. It has 21g of carbs and 7g of sugar in a serving of 1/4 cup (30g/1.1oz). It does have 3g of protein and 2g of fiber, but literally no other nutritional value except for a scant 4% of the daily recommended iron.

Kashi? I don't think so, at least not in my book! They were caught lying in their commercials about being organic, when in fact they are completely GMO! This kind of deception is very common with brands that have been bought by big food conglomerates.

Oh, that's unfortunate. I liked Kashi. I didn't realize they used GMOs! Looks like it's time for me to look for a new favorite cereal. I'll have to give Bear Naked a try. The triple berry granola looks pretty tasty.

I have never tried Kashi or Bear Naked before. I do like granola so I will try the Bear Naked brand. The chocolate sounds so tasty. The triple berry sounds delicious too.
