Swap bread for lettuce ... great with fajitas
Swap chips for baked oven chips ... if you must have chips ha
Swap a chocolate bar for a protein bar ... or why don’t you make your own goodies

Also for a seeet tooth swap sweet stuff for sugar free raspberry jelly, works for me .... most times
