I have one soup I like which is lentil and carrot spicy soup other than the obvious just stock and throw in veg.

What simple and easy to make soups do you make ... use?

I need something new.

I made toda: cooked 3 big leeks and blended them. Separately I cooked chunky veggies: broccoli carrots potatoes and chunks of chicken breast. 2 chicken cubes but little water and at the end I added that blended leeks. Soup was yummy and even better when I added couscous just to make it even more thick and more chicken

Courgette broadbean and mint. Sw gorgeous

They both sound nice.
