when making all these delish dishes do you work out exactly which amount of ingredients to use for each serving? like does it go according to your weight in regards to working out how many carbs etc you need to get in with each meal?... sometimes when the food looks too good we tend to eat more just after the amazing taste of it... ill admit im guilty of doing that when it just tastes too good
