They look amazing! Theres a recipe i adore from the 'oh she glows' book ill def have to take a pic next time but i might share the recipe here somewhere if i can find it online!

Peri Peri spiced chicken done in Instant Pot
Egg
Asparagus done in a saute pan with coconut oil

.... served with sweet potato fries

.... sprinkled with chili flakes
