I just made up a protein smoothie with ingredients I already had in and poured into ice lolly moulds to make protein ice lollies

In these I added:
2 scoops protein
Large handful of raspberries
4 dollops fage natural yogurt
Spinach
Coconut milk

I used rapido jug to blend


Just make them to your taste!

Ooh yum and the perfect weather for them too!

Certainly didn't make me feel like everyone else had something and I didn't yesterday! I dropped my mould though grrr so got to go buy a new one this weekend.
