I looked for gluten free english muffins and I found peanut flour high protein english muffins and from some replies I gave them a go... vile so guys IMO if you ever find the recipe don't try it.

Thanks for the warning I was recommended almond flour and while that is quite yummy a small scone will set you back 600 calories.
